Please check your food in world we are getting a lot of reports about foods not showing accurate levels in second life. This is due to the food being out of date and needing to be updated to the new food. We would hate to see your cats go hungry because of a false reading showing in Second Life.  The older version food will start to have issues reporting the correct levels, it is strongly advised that you rerezz your food if it is an older version you will know because it will vanish with a message asking you to MOOG it.

MOOG what is MOOG what language is this you ask, MOOG is our retrieval system it is where you can get updated items or fix any item that may not be responding as you think it should.  MOOG can be found on your dashboard of the log in page. To get a food item sent back simply go to webMOOG~Food and your items are listed in the pull down.

If you need additional help the WK CSR staff is on 24 hours a day and you can ask for help in the group *WK Wild Kajaera*.

– Love is in the air –

In honor of the holiday we have a special eye that is going to be in the genetic mix for the day of February 14, 2014. This is only available to cats that are created on the eve of the 14th through the eve of the 15th.  Once a cat has the eye it will be able to pass that eye to its offspring or its grandchild.  This eye will be rare being that it will be a short period of time.

A few things that you don’t want to do with your cats.

First and this is very important when you rezz your new cat rezz it with the right group tag on but do NOT deed the cat to the group because then then group owns the cat. You will not be able to get it back with out contacting  us for help.

Second if you own the cat, then don’t make your self the keeper.  This will make you have a limited menu and you won’t be able to remove it unless you contact us for help.

The cats have a new version number it is 1.3.97 and though there is no script changes to the sacks they are with a new version number of 1.9.341.  Many of you have kept the cats updated and we greatly appreciate this because it keeps the cat looking their best.

This update has some important fixes to keeping the cat more together should we say less body separation and a few more poses with the cats using their tongue.  When you get time we like to ask everyone to update the cats to this version. Issues that some are still having with babies not going to there Mom was fixed but many are still using the cat version that have that issue.

Taking a moment out here to write about our wonderful CSR’s and to remind the group that these are the most wonderful people that you could work with. They are funny and clever and love there cats as much as you love yours. Helping you when issues arise for them is also a joy. They want to help you right your cat world as fast as they can.

We know as do they that when something goes wrong in your cat world you want an instant fix for it. Its stressful to worry about your cats, the way our breeders care for their cats shows in the amount of stress they show us when something is not quite right. We do strive to get you a response as quickly as we can and or to fix an issue if there is one, or explain the cause to you about the problem. This being said you might not always like the answer, the cause may be operator error. It may be that time is the only fix. While that may be hard to swallow on your end we would like to ask that you don’t take it out on the CSR’s they are only the messenger as one would say.

We all Love SL or we would not be here but SL has its own faults and from a personal experience there have been times where one can not type into the chat window to respond fast enough and the party on the other and gets frustrated. Take a deep breath our goal is still to maintain the highest level of satisfaction and to do this we will respond to you as fast as we can. We will keep afk times to a minimum and we will handle as many of you as we can but we are only human. We have provided you with many ways of self help as we can think of. If you have exhausted all of those routes you and still are stuck were happy to look into your cat issue for you.

We would also like to point out two things, the first being that the CSR’s have a NON working SL too and just because you know they know the answer we ask that you respect there private time.  Second if they want to share some of there private time in the group don’t give them a hard time about that, remember they LOVE there cats and there job.

This is a day late and hopefully you all will forgive us it was a very busy day yesterday.  Lots of prep working going into this weekends Hunt Activity and sort of ran out of time to Blog about the fact that we are officially 1 years old.  What a wonderful year it has been.

As one looks back over the year there were so many memories.  We would like to thank all the breeders who shared there ideas with us that were then implemented into making the Cats more realistic. Some extremely fun toys came out of these ideas.

In honor of our first birthday we brought out a very special Lion pair. Their fur is the white and will not pass but they have other traits that you may wish to breed into your existing line of Lions or in  to your other species.

We will continue to strive to bring you the most enjoyable breedable in Second Life. We are extremely grateful to all of our wonderful staff whom with out there support we would not be able to keep up with the continually growing number of breeders. To all our breeders we are honored by the love you have for our product. It truly means a lot to us that you’re enjoying them as much as you are.

When we first designed the boosters our thoughts were that they would be used to even cats out when you purchased one in the market place that might be behind the one you wanted to mate it with in stats. NEVER in our wildest of dreams would the use of boosters reach the level that it has. With much consideration over this use we have decided to rework the two most used boosters.

We are speaking of course of The Jar of Love Potion and The Pregnancy Vitamin. These reworks will not require us to pull them off the shelves it is being done on the server side. But over the next few days we will be putting into play the new rules.

The New Rules go like this:

The Jar of Love Potion is being adjusted so that it will not be able to be used on a cat until they are 6 days of age. You will only be able to use 2 a day in a 24 hour period per cat.

The Pregnancy Vitamin is being adjusted to work on a single Expecting Mother of 10 points of pregnancy to 85 points pregnancy. You will only be able to use 2 a day in a 24 hour period per cat.
