This Memorial Day seems to have extra meaning with everything that is going on in the world today.
This eye is titled Not Forgotten as regardless of how they served and died there loss is felt. Red poppy is a symbol of both Remembrance and hope for a peaceful future. Poppies are worn as a show of support for the Armed Forces community.
Happy New Years to all our WK Community.
As is our tradition there is a random dropping eye in all the systems in honor of the New Year.
Big Cats – follows the Chinese Calendar with a black and white pen and ink drawing.
Wild Dogs – as wolves like to howl at the moon is a tribute to the shape of the moon on the first day of the year.
Little Varmints – uses the color of the year according to pantone colors.
Wild Mustangs – is the flower of the year.
The Limited Edition Christmas EYE starts to drop randomly in to those cats that are born from the mothers today at noon and will continue till the noon hour of the 26th.
We wish all of you a Happy Holiday and look forward to the next year and that may come from it.
Here at WK we have some very special traditions. Every October since we started we have done a random dropped Halloween Eye there have been various amounts of them through the early years, however, this is getting to be a lot of eyes for the season so we have scaled it back a bit this year. We will have a new eye out each week in Big Cats and in Wild Dogs and it will run for 7 days. As in previous years and with the reduction of Magical Flame Eyes on the grid we will have these eyes pass Magical Flame until our birthday celebration (January 28th), where at the magical flame will be turned off and they will be able to pass themselves.
For Little Varmints, we have not been able to get the graphic type eye to work so well with it being so small – however, we will continue to try various ideas.
Throughout this month, we have some very exciting things happening. Stay tuned and we will let you know more about them.
