How to get a liger or a tigon?  As it is know that the Lion levels are getting to level 8 the chance of getting a hybrid cat is possible.  This is a very RARE let me say that again this is a VERY RARE occurrence. As in real life there are very few of these around. We have not seen it happen as of yet in secondlife other then the OOAK cat that was produced for the RFL auction and with only a few level 8s this would be expected.

How to get a hybrid? The only two species of cats that can make a hybrid are that of a Lion level 8 or greater and a Tiger of any level so look for the tiger with all the traits you want to pass in to the hybrid. Same with the Lion too as the hybrid is very hard to make you want the cats your trying to make it with have as many traits as possible.

The WK community has raised for RFL so far in L$ 320,978 which they convert out to in US $ 1,284. This has been a lot of fund so far and we have much more fun planned for you.  Here is whats on schedule so far.

~4/1 APRIL FOOLS DAY, OPEN MIC FOR COMEDY. 2 PM TILL WE CAN’T LAUGH ANY LONGER.

~4/4 DRIVE IN MOVIE NIGHT, (MOVIE TBA) 4 PM LOCATION TBD

Saturday 3/29 6PM~ A Black Tie Affair. DJ Gem will swoon us with great ballroom music.
Tuesday April fools day 4/1 at 6PM will be DJ JR with all request music, pay the RFL kiosk and ask for what you want to hear.
Saturday April 12th at 6PM POD will entertain us.
THIS is just a few of the events so far, sneaking in later is a Tiger race, a Bike race, a soccer game, build a flying vehicle and fly it thru a course, and who knows what else.

IF you have any events you would like to host at any time, please contact jaed Cartier and set it up so she can get it on the calendar and RFL web site for all to see. She will  set Kiosk for RFL that goes to the WK teams stats pages, and all money goes to RFL. No Bookkeeping to worry about.

Again we were very sad to see Jody’s close but we will be revamping a new location in the mean time please enjoy exploring the class sim and as always the Crystal River Sim.

The mission was to raise 5,000Ls for  RFL. The Dunk Tanks was lots of fun.  We had a lot of people come out and dunk the WK Team and in total were able to raised 5,000Ls for the RFL  in combined donations of balls to pitch and wet teach contest.

WK is seeing green~ In our two main stores we have the St Pattys Shamrock bear (TOY) Available till end of March

It is that time a year again when RFL launches their campaign to get the word out and the fund drive started.  This past weekend RFL opened the 2014 season and thought we missed the opening we have joined the fight against cancer and made our OWN fundraise team.  Through out the next few months we will be putting together different FUN events for you to partake in to show your support for RFL and the work that they do here in SL.

Among the events we would like to have are;

Music concerts; by Tribute Band, Live performers and DJs. If you are one of these and would like to be booked for an event contact Jaed Cartier with available dates.

A Mid Season Hunt – If you have an item you like to donate to the hunt let us know contact Queenfelinea for details of requirements.

As we are in the early stages of planning we will let you know more details as we get them.

We have made some changes to the delivery process on the back side, you may notice or not.  We have noticed however that well this is a positive change that there are still sacks not quiet making it into SL.  They are listed on your sack page and can be redelivered but you may not know they are there unless you check from time to time for them.

If you find a sack on your sack page you didn’t get in world you can have it redelivered to you via the webMOOG Sack.  If you don’t plan to birth it right away you can leave it on the server and have it delivered when you wish to list it for sale of birth it for your own enjoyment.

Sanctuary –

We have noticed that if you hurry through sending cats off to Sanctuary they can over lap and all the points don’t add in as they should. We advise slowing down between sending cats. SL lag plays a part in getting the message to the server and to the cat to play there going away animation. Its a little thing but it is the only way to be sure you get all the points that you are due.

If you look through your sanctuary and find an adding error contact Kay Rembrandt either by IM or by Note card asking for a audit or math recheck on your Sanctuary and we will be happy to get it looked at.

What’s a Keeper? A Keeper is a trusted friend or partner that you want to give a bit of control of your cats to.  This is someone who can have a bit more access to the menu, to help control motion or range.  They are not the OWNER of the cat.

Owners have full control over the menu.

Keepers have limited control they can Sync a cat, Options,  Motion, Interacts and see the Stats and Parents.  Under Options you can see Text and Effects that you can turn on and off.  Under Motion you can send cats to there home or turn Motion on and off.

What to do if you made yourself a Keeper and your really the Owner of the cat.  Ask in the group for a CSR and explain that you accidentally set your self as the Keeper and they will pass the information on and the issue will be resolved.  They will need the cat ID.
